Food Perceptions
The project explores what constitutes food as a construct. It questions ethics and morality in identifying what is labelled as food and helps the audience understand the human perceptions and behaviours in the modern world. The technological advancements in food blur the boundaries of what can be synthesised and to what extent it will still be acceptable to eat it. The project questions the perception, biases, and disgust associated with food and culture provoking the audience to think critically about food. It nudges towards discussion and debates that must be taken in order to consume consciously.
