Overview
The client is a leading American company specializing in photography, personalized products, and image sharing. As an online retail and manufacturing platform, they offer award-winning photo books, custom stationery, unique home decor, and photo gifts, allowing customers to create lasting keepsakes.​

A service design approach was adopted to get a bird's eye view of the system before proposing a design strategy for this engagement. We identified opportunity areas and then the team brainstormed together to create innovative ideas and finalised two ideas that will add value to the business.
Role
As an interaction designer on this project, contributed to brainstorming, research, and crafting a detailed service blueprint that mapped the user journey and key touchpoints. Developed initial wireframes and worked alongside fellow designers to conduct stakeholder interviews, gaining insights into the ecosystem, pain points, and potential opportunities.
Solution
The Frame It App is designed simplifies photo printing by allowing users to preview and co-edit photos with friends. It features AR-powered frame previews and the ability to embed custom messages and content into printed frames. The app's intuitive navigation enhances user experience, making photo printing quick and seamless while also enhancing the reach to targeted audiences. A concept video showcasing the app's enhanced functionalities & features was presented to the stakeholders.​
